ASI is capable of long term and short term production runs, prototypes and new designs ranging in size from miniature to large electronic or mechanical parts and assemblies while accomodating specific low-rate production and one-of-a-kind builds. We can develop tooling and designs to customer specifications or create our own designs as required.
ASI specializes in multi-axis C.N.C. turning and milling, with many different materials. Most of our production is complex and precision for final products requiring tight tolerances.
Shop flexibility allows designers to incorporate requirement changes in process, and to work within environments that are often time-restrained.
